This modelling project was something I did for fun. I wanted to see if I could remodel something within a day. As someone who enjoys FPS shooters, the PackaPunch machine is something many CallofDuty players will instantly recognize. After collecting my online image references, I started to model the machine. I decided to keep things basic as I wouldn’t have time to model every detail out. After the modelling stages were complete, I then added edge loops and smoothened everything out, to give it a hard edge feel. After this was done, I then exported from Maya into Cinema 4D. I then gave basic shader materials and created a basic light room. I would like to believe that if I had more time, I would have been able to add more details to the complex machinery inside the model.
